欢迎您使用“和弦抓手”应用（以下简称“本应用”）。在使用本应用之前，请您务必仔细阅读并理解本《用户协议》（以下简称“本协议”）。您使用本应用，即表示您已阅读、理解并同意受本协议全部条款的约束。

一、服务说明

本应用由开发者 PhoenixYXB 提供，旨在为用户提供实时音频和弦分析与歌曲识别功能。本应用的所有核心功能均在用户设备本地执行，不依赖服务器，也不会上传或存储任何音频或个人数据。

二、用户权利与义务

• 用户应自行承担使用本应用过程中的全部行为责任。
• 用户不得将本应用用于任何违法、侵权或违反公序良俗的用途。
• 用户有权随时停止使用本应用并删除应用程序。
• 用户应确保已授权麦克风访问权限，以便实现音频识别功能。

三、知识产权

本应用的名称“和弦抓手”、界面设计、算法模型、图标、文字及源代码均受著作权法及相关知识产权法律保护。未经开发者书面许可，任何单位或个人不得擅自使用、复制、修改、传播或用于商业用途。

四、免责声明

• 本应用在设备本地运行，不提供任何在线服务或远程数据处理。
• 本应用不会访问、收集或上传用户的音频内容或个人信息。
• 由于设备性能、噪音干扰或系统版本差异造成的识别误差，开发者不承担任何责任。

五、服务变更或终止

开发者有权根据实际需要对本应用进行优化、修改、暂停或终止服务，恕不另行通知。服务终止后，应用数据将保留在用户设备上，开发者不承担数据保存义务。

六、协议修改

如本协议内容有任何更新，开发者将通过本页面或应用内提示方式通知用户。用户继续使用本应用即视为同意更新后的协议内容。

User Agreement

Welcome to the "Chord Catcher" application (hereinafter referred to as "the App"). Before using the App, please read and understand this User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement"). By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Description

The App is developed and provided by PhoenixYXB. It is designed to analyze live audio from the device microphone to recognize chords and identify songs. All core processing is performed locally on the user’s device, without connecting to external servers or uploading any data.

2. User Rights and Responsibilities

• Users are fully responsible for all actions performed while using the App.
• The App may not be used for any illegal, infringing, or unethical purposes.
• Users have the right to stop using and uninstall the App at any time.
• Users must grant microphone access permission for the app to function properly.

3. Intellectual Property

The name "Chord Catcher", the app’s design, algorithms, interface, icons, and code are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No part of the App may be copied, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from the developer.

4. Disclaimer

• The App runs entirely on the local device and does not provide online or remote data services.
• The App does not access, collect, or upload any audio or personal user information.
• The developer is not liable for recognition errors caused by device limitations, background noise, or system issues.
• The App is intended as a music analysis tool only. All recognition results are for reference purposes and are not guaranteed to be fully accurate.

5. Service Changes or Termination

The developer reserves the right to optimize, modify, suspend, or terminate the App at any time without prior notice. Upon termination, data will remain stored locally on the user’s device, and the developer has no obligation to retain user data.

6. Agreement Modifications

If this Agreement is updated, users will be notified via this page or an in-app notice. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
